Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late SEVERO MARAMBA, who died on January 27, 1999 at Bonuan, Longos, Dagupan City, consisting of a parcel of land situated at City of Dagupan, containing an area of 10,487 sq. meters, more or less, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 49022, is the subject of self-adjudication of sole heir in favor of BRIGIDA F. SORIANO, under Doc. No. 289; Page No. 59; Book No. 2; Series of 2013, under Notary Public Atty. Teodora S. Cerdan.
