1 adult and minor companion eyed suspects in heist
ASINGAN—Two minors are being eyed as suspects in a robbery committed in a house in Barangay Poblacion West here last May 30 where close to P100,000 worth of electronic items were carted away.
Mary Jane Pre, 44, told the Asingan police that the thieves entered her mother’s house at 8:30 p.m., went into the bedrooms and took one Apple iPad worth P75,000, one Cherry Mobile phone worth P4,000, and one Samsung Corby worth P4,500.
She said her mother and relatives inside the rooms pretended to be asleep for fear that the suspects will harm them.
The suspects, an 18-year old man and a 13-year old boy, have been questioned and denied their involvement in the robbery.
