No. 002-01179, is the subject of self-adjudication and deed of sale in favor of EVANGELINO M. CERVAS, married to Imelda L. Cervas, under Doc. No. 454; Page No. 92; Book No II; Series of 2013, under Notary Public Joseph Emmanuel B. Cera.
