NOTICE OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SALE

Upon Extra-judicial application for sale under act 3135, as amended, filed by mortgagee BOBBY E. DALINO, with postal address at Brgy. Laois, Labrador, Pangasinan, against mortgagors SPS. ROBERTO REINOSO & TERESITA RABAGO, both with postal address at San Roque, Alaminos City, Pangasinan, to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness which amoun-ting to THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS. (P300,000.00) Philippine Currency, excluding interests, penalties and other charges in Philippines currency as shown in the statement of account, except for other incidental charges to be incurred in connection with the foreclosure sale, the Clerk of Court & Provincial Sheriff Ex-Officio of Pangasinan thru herein undersigned Sheriff, hereby announces that on  that on June 27, 2013  between the hours of 9:00 o’clock in the morning and 3:00 o’clock in the afternoon at the Office of the Clerk of Court & Sheriffs, Regional Trial Court, Alaminos City, Pangasinan, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for Cash and Philippine Currency, the herein below -described real property, to wit:

“A parcel of land located at Palamis, Alaminos City, Pangasinan, containing an area of 1,000 square meters; bounded on the SE, by lot 13767-P; on the SW by lot 13767-K; on the NW by road widening, lot 13773 lot 1102-G; on the NE by lot 13767 – M. Declared under TD No. ______, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 027-2011000488.:

Note: In the event that the public auction should not take place on the said date, it shall be held on July 04, 2013, same time & place without further notice.

Prospective buyers and bidders are hereby investigate for themselves the title/tax declaration of the above-described real property, and encumbrances thereon, if any there be.
