Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late SALOME MESINA (Medina) VDA. DE SANDOVAL, who died intestate on Nov. 12, 1987 in Quezon City, consisting of a parcel of land containing an area of 270 sq. meters, more or less, declared under Tax Declaration No. 4121329, is the subject of extra-judicial settlement of estate by and among the heirs, under Doc. No. 495; Page No. 100; Book No. XI; Series of 2013.
