BAYAMBANG –Rimson Encanto Junio, a graduate of Bayambang National High School (BNHS) batch 2008 and pursued a tertiary diploma from the MAPUA Institute of Technology, topped the April 2013 Electronics Engineering board examination with an average of 92.80% as released by the Professionals’ Regulation Commission (PRC).

Junio is described by his former high school teachers as a very industrious and diligent student. He excelled in all academic learning areas, especially Mathematics.

BNHS expressed pride in Junio’s achievement.

Following Junio in the list of top passers were three of his colleagues in MAPUA. They are Irister Javel with 91.70% in 2^nd place; Timothy Esteban, 88.80%, 5th; and Gerand Elinzano, 88.70%, 6th .– Frank Ferrer, UP Baguio
