No. 68; under Property Index No. 013-14-018, is the subject of Affidavit of Self-Adjudication by the only heir REGINEREX A. EDILO, under Doc. No. 101; Page No. 22; Book No. 14; Series of 2013, under Notary Public Atty. Dominique C. Evangelista.
