Legal Notice is hereby given that the Heirs of Adriatico P. Galaraga and Laureana Velo, have settled among themselves the joint estates of said decedent, consisting of that parcel of land covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 4119, pursuant to that Deed of Extra-Judicial Settlement of Joint Estates with Absolute Sale, acknowledged before Notary Public Alejandro V. Peregrino who recorded the document in his Notarial Register as Doc. No. 331, Page No. 97, Book No. I, Series of 2012.
