NOTICE OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SALE

Upon extra-judicial petition for sale under Act 3135 as amended, filed by the mortgagee BHF RURAL BANK, INC., Lingayen Branch, Lingayen, Pangasinan, represented by MRS. AURORA B. BONIFACIO, Board Secretary, against mortgagor ROMEO L. DE VERA, of legal age, Filipino and residents of No. 50 Brgy. Real, Urbiztondo, Pangasinan, to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness, which as of January 31, 2013 amounts to PhP250,000.00, excluding interest, penalties, charges, attorney’s fees, cost of publication and expenses of the foreclosure, the Ex-Officio Sheriff or her duly authorized deputy will sell at public auction on June 6, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. or soon thereafer at the Office of the Clerk of Court, Municipal Circuit Trial Court, Urbiztondo, Pangasinan, to the highest bidder for cash or manager’s check and in Philippine Currency, the following property with all its improvements, to wit:

TAX DECLARATION NO. 17270 (Previous TD#13707)

Urbiztondo, Pangasinan

“A parcel of land located at Real, Urbiztondo, Pangasinan, Cadastral Lot No. 3136-P, Bounded on the North by Domingo De Vera; on the East by Domingo De Vera; on the South by Severino De Vera and; on the South by Severino De Vera and on the West by Road to Bayambang. Containing an area of TWO THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED seventy nine (2,679) SQUARE METERS, more or less, and with an assessed value of PhP53,580.00.

TAX DECLARATION NO. 17274 (NEW)

House constructed in their own Lot with an assessed value of PhP4,500.00”.

All sealed bids must be submitted to the undersigned on the above stated time and date.

In the event the public auction should not take place on the said date, it shall be held on June 13, 2013 without further notice.
