URBIZTONDO—Second district congressional aspirant Kim Lokin said she is happy the Liberal Party (LP) kicked off its campaign sorties in her district by going to the barangays and markets to campaign directly to the people in the grassroots level.

Lokin said she was delighted to see the LP candidates campaigning together like one big happy family for greater impact “to show there is unity among us”.

“Personally I’m glad that they chose to start in my district. This sends a strong message of full LP support in our campaign for new breed of leaders espousing the Daang Matuwid of President Aquino,” Lokin said.

The LP dubbed this campaign sortie Lakbay Pangasinan, Lakbay Pagbabago (Trip to Pangasinan, Trip to Change).

“We are united with our purpose, to offer the people the right choice, the right candidates who are accessible to them, who could see, feel and respond to their needs because as our beloved President Aquino repeatedly said,” The people are our boss,” Lokin added.
