Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late GLICERIA M. MAMAYSON, who died on June 04, 1998 at Mapandan, Pangasinan consisting of a parcel of land situated at Leet, Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan, containing an area of 10,875 sq. meters, covered by TCT No. 128001, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate with quitclaim in favor of CARLOS & GABRIEL MAMAYSON – 3,625 sq.m., and JOSEFINA & ADELAIDA MAMAYSON- 1,812.50 sq.meters, each, with deed of absolute sale in favor of VIOLETA AQUINO TAMAYO, that certain portion of 3,533 sq. meters only, under Doc No. 350; Page No. II; Book No. II; Series of 2012.
