UNGOS and ESTRELLITA RAMOS-UNGOS, who both died intestate on Oct. 10, 2008 and Feb. 19, 2010 at Amansabina, Mangaldan, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of unirrigated riceland situated at Brgy. Alitaya, Mangaldan, Pangasinan, containing an area of 10,603 sq. meters, covered by OCT No. P-37841, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate with absolute sale in favor of SPS. ENRIQUE S. BARROZO and EMMA UNGOS-BARROZO that certain 6,000 sq. meters and EVELYN T. LOMAGUE that certain 4,603 sq. meters only, under Doc. No. 74; Page No. 16; Book No. I; Series of 2013, under Notary Public Atty. Gerald M. Tabadero.
