It is the Dagupan City Association of Northern California’s Annual Spring Ball billed as Baile and this year’s event recalls the halcyon days of glamor and elegance of the Dagupan Fiesta at the Plaza of yore.

So on April 6th, the Bay Area Dagupenos trooped dressed to the ninth at the grand ballroom of the Crowne Plaza in Burlingame, California to bond, reminisce, celebrate, and commemorate the old glory of Dagupan. (Contributed by Rex Catubig)
