UP AND AWAY—Colorful balloons are released to a clear blue sky as part of the opening ceremony of the 2013 Region I Athletic Association (RIAA) Meet on February 24 at the Narciso Ramos Sports and Civic Center in Lingayen. As of March 1, the team of Pangasinan II Division was in the lead with 151 points. The games were to close on March 2.
