SOON A HACCAP ACCREDITATION—The Seafood Processing Plant in Bonuan Binloc, Dagupan City is now a beehive of activities, catering to small bangus exporters shipping their products to the United States, China and other Asian countries. The facility is set to get Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCAP) accreditation from the U.S. this year.
