NOTICE OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SALE

Upon extra-judicial petition for sale under Act No. 3135 as Amended, filed on JANUARY 8, 2013 by Rural Bank of Itogon (Benguet), Inc. of Mangaldan Branch, Mangaldan, Panga-sinan against Maria Teresa D. Columbres 144 San Ildefonso St., San Jacinto, Pangasinan to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness which as of November 30, 2012 amounts to EIGHT HUNDRED TWO THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED TWENTY SEVEN and 19/100 (P802,627.19) PESOS, Philippines Currency, including  interest thereon, exclusive of daily interests and expenses thereafter, and 10% of the total amount of indebtedness as attorney’s fees, and expenses incidental to the public auction sale, the undersigned Sheriff IV will sell at public auction on April 4, 2013 between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. infront of Municipal Building, San Jacinto, Pangasinan to the highest bidder, for cash and in Philippine Currency, the below described property/properties, with all existing improvement thereon, to wit:

TAX DECLARATION NO. 5219 (SAN JACINTO PANGASINAN)

PIN -013-33-001-05-004)

“A parcel of land, Residential Land including improvements thereon, situated at Poblacion, Municipality of San Jacinto, Province of Pangasinan, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the North by Provincial Road; on the East by Alley; on the South by Lot No. 410 and on the West by Lot No. 415-419xxxx containing an area of FOUR HUNDRED FORTY FOUR (444) SQUARE METERS, more or less. Assessed at P17,700.00 per Tax Declaration No. 5219 in the name of Maria Teresa D. Columbres, 2003 Realty Tax paid O.R. No. 6183875 dated September 18, 2003 at San Jacinto, Pangasinan.  Not yet registered under Act 496 nor under the Spanish Mortgage Law but registerable under Act No. 3344, As amended.”

“A two (2) storey residential house made of mixed materials, Chb and wood under G.I. roofings with estimated ground floor area of 60.00 sq.m., more or less. Assessed at P4,400.00 per Tax Declaration No. 5240 in the name of Maria Teresa D. Columbres, 2003 Realty Tax paid per O.R. No. 6183875 dated September 18, 2003 at San Jacinto, Pangasinan.”

The bidding will be done thru SEALED BIDS and the property will be awarded to the best highest bidder who shall pay his bid in cash or manager’s check in Philippine currency within five (5) days from Notice.

All sealed bids must be submitted to the undersigned on the above stated time and date.

In the event the public auction should not take place on the said date, it shall be held on April 9, 2013 without further notice.

Prospective buyers may investigate for themselves the Title/Tax Declaration/s of the property/properties above-described and the encumbrances thereon, if any there be.
