NEW HOSPITAL BUILDINGS—Gov. Amado T. Espino, Jr. (3rd from left) leads the inauguration of five newly-constructed buildings at Pangasinan Provincial Hospital (PPH) in San Carlos City (right) last March 23. Under the Espino administration, some 26 new buildings have been constructed inside the hospital compound. With the additional facilities, upgraded equipment and enhanced medical services, the government-owned hospitals bed capacities increased by 130 percent. Also inaugurated on the same day were seven newly-constructed buildings of Bayambang District Hospital (not in photo). Joining the Governor are: Vice Gov. Jose Ferdinand Z.
