ORDER

The compliance filed by the petitioner, through counsel, with the Order dated January 4, 2013 is NOTED.

In this petition, Carmelita L. Rosario prays for the correction of her birthdate as appearing in her record of birth in the Office of the Local Civil Registrar of San Carlos City, Pangasinan from February 26, 1965 to February 26, 1964.

Finding the petition deserving of due course, the Court hereby sets the initial hearing thereof on April 1, 2013 at 8:30 o’clock in the morning during which all persons having any opposition thereto may appear and show cause why the petition should not be granted.

Let this Order be published at the expense of the petitioner, once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the Province of Pangasinan, including the cities of Dagupan, Alaminos, Urdaneta and San Carlos, which shall be selected on the basis of a raffle.

Likewise, let copies of this Order be furnished each to the City Civil Registrar of San Carlos City, Pangasinan; the Solicitor General of the Philippines Makati City; and the City Prosecutor’s Office, San Carlos City, Pangasinan.
