Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late DONATO AQUINO, married to Venancia Legaspi of Manguin, Dagupan City, consisting of one (1) parcel of land situated at Manguin District, Dagupan City, designated as Lot No. 2406 of the Cadastrial Survey of Dagupan, with an area of 2,419 sq. meters, more or less, and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 8890 of the Land Records for the City of Dagupan, is the subject of Deed of Extra-Judicial Partition by and among his heirs namely: Gregorio, Leonarda and Bella, all surnamed Aquino.
