Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late PEDRO ROSARIO, who died on April 20, 2010 in Chicago, Illinois, without a will, consisting of a Cash Deposit with the Bank of the Philippine Island (BPI), Urdaneta Branch, Urdaneta City (Pangasinan), Philippines and shares of stocks with the A. Soriano Corporation, is the subject of extra-judicial settlement of estate and quitclaim in favor of NORMALITA ROSARIO MANUEL, under Doc. No. 129; Page No. 026; Book No. XXVII; Series of 2010.
