BINMALEY—Two brothers were arrested in their house on Luna Street in the morning of January 31 by joint elements of the police here led by Superintendent Roberto Vocal in coordination with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-Region 1.

The arrest took place when lawmen served a search warrant issued by Regional Trial Court Judge Renato Pinlac of Branch 57 in San Carlos City at the residence of brothers Gary Villanueva, alias “Karag”, and Carlos Villanueva, alias “ Caloy”.

The brothers, the police said, were included in the target list of drug personalities of the Binmaley Police.

Seized from their residence were nine small transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, six big transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu residues, two improvised tooters, eight ammunition for Caliber 22 revolver, three lighters, one green plastic bag marked mobile Cherry, and one plastic woven purse.
