“NOTICE OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SALE”

 “Upon extra-judicial petition for sale under Act 3136 filed by the mortgagee, RURAL BANK OF ANDA, (Pang) INC., against the mortgagors SPOUSES Ryan Bautista and Cleda L. Bautista, a residence and postal address at Brgy. Gayaman, Binmaley, Pangasinan, to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness which  as of November 19, 2012, amounting to THREE HUNDRED SIXTY FIVE THOUSAND FORTY NINE PESOS and 99/100 (P365,049.99) Philippine Currency, excluding other charges, and foreclosure expenses,  the Ex-Officio Provincial Sheriff or his duly authorized deputy will SELL at PUBLIC AUCTION on February 22, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. or soon thereafter at the main entrance of Municipal Hall Building, Binmaley, Pangasinan to the highest bidder, for cash or manager’s check and in Philippine Currency, the following property with all its improvements, to wit.

“A parcel of land situated at Brgy. Gayaman, Binmaley, pangasinan, containing an area of THREE HUNDRED FIFTEEN  (315) SQUARE METERS more or less. Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by Lot 10123-C, Csd-01-010285-D; on the SW., along line 2-3 by Lot 10123-G, Csd-01-010285-D, (Road Lot 5.00 m wide); on the NW., along line 3-4 by Lot 10123-A, Csd -01-010285-D; on the NE., along line 4-1 by Lot 10124; all of Cad, 468-D. Declared under Tax Declaration No. 21437 and assessed at P21,600.00 for the current year. Tax paid under O.R. No. 1325120 dated January 30, 2004.

That this mortgage includes all permanent improvement existing thereon.”
