Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late FORTUNATO D. TORIO SR.,  who died intestate on April 16, 2012 Binmaley, Pangasinan, consisting of a  Fishpond, (2,558 sq. meters) Unirrig ricefield,(1,508 sq. meters), Residential  (416 sq. meters,) and Bank Account at BDO UniBand Inc. and Metrobank branch of Lingayen, in the amount of Php 129,408.6 and Php 10,048.57 respectively, plus interest, are the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate by and among the heirs under Doc. No. 197; Page No. 40; Book No. 82, Series of 2012, under Notary Public Atty. Jose D. Lopez, Jr.
