Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late APOLONIO FLORES & LEONITA BILLOTE FLORES, consisting of a parcel of land situated at Calbueg, Malasiqui, Pangasinan, containing an area of 1,172 sq. meters, covered by Tax Decl. No. Plan P5 024-04613, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement with quitclaim in favor of ROMEO B. FLORES.
