Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late PETRONIO S. LACA, who died intestate on Feb. 16, 1992 at Brgy. Cabanbanan, Manaoag, Pangasinan, consisting of a portion of 200 sq. meters, taken from 785.5 sq. meters, location at Oraan East, Manaoag, Pangasinan, covered by Tax Decl. No. 14297, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement with deed of absolute sale in favor of SPS. DEXTER O. TIBULE and HELEN GRACE P. TIBULE, that certain 200 sq. meters only, under Doc. No. 482; Page No. 18; Book No. II; Series of 2012, under Notary Public Atty. Betha Fe A. Ching.
