SLIPPERS FOR POOR KIDS—The City Population Office, together with Barangay Service Point Officers (BSPO’s) and in partnership non-government organizations, faith-based groups, PNP Dagupan, Conquerors Club, City Lions Club launched the “Tsinelas Mo Handog Ko Ngayong Pasko” project for under-privileged children. Pastor Sergio Napoleon delivered the spiritual/Christmas message for the occasion. Prof. Alex P. De Venecia, city population officer, appealed for more support.
