ORDER

A verified petition was filed by Spouses Evaristo C. Cabanilla, Corazon B. Estareja and minor Patrick John Louise E. Cabanilla, represented by his parents Evaristo C. Cabanilla and Corazon Estareja, praying for the cancellation of the Certificate of Live Birth of Joshua Estareja Cabanilla in the Local Civil Registry of Asingan, Pangasinan and for the correction of entry in the certificate of live birth of Patrick John Louise Estareja Cabanilla in the Civil Registry of Urdaneta City, Pangasinan as to the date of marriage of his parents from “May 22, 1997” to “May 23, 1997”.

Finding the petition to be sufficient in from and substance, the same is set for hearing on JANUARY 21, 2013 AT 8:30 o’clock in the morning. Any interested person may appear and show cause, if any, why this petition should not be granted.

Let copy of this Order be published ONCE a week for three (3) consecutive weeks in the “SUNDAY PUNCH” at the expense of the petitioners.

Furnish the Office of the Solicitor General, the Office of the Local Civil Registrar, Asingan, Pangasinan, the City Civil Registrar, Urdaneta City,  the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan, the Office of the City Prosecutor, Urdaneta City copies of this Order, the Petition and its annexes.
