ORDER
This is a verified petition for the correction of entry in the certificate of live birth of petitioner, particularly his date of birth from April 17, 1978 to APRIL 17, 1980.
Acting on the petition and finding the allegations to be sufficient in form and substance, the Court sets the hearing of the case on FEBRUARY 6, 2013 AT 8:30 o’clock in the morning. Any interested person may appear and show cause on said date of hearing why the petition should not be granted.
Let this Order be published in the SUNDAY PUNCH, a newspaper of general circulation in the province of Pangasinan, including the cities of Urdaneta, Dagupan, Alaminos and San Carlos for three (3) consecutive weeks at the expense of the petitioner pursuant to PD No. 1079.
Let copy of this Order and the petition together with its annexes be furnished to the Solicitor General, Makati City, National Statistics Office, Quezon City, City Civil Registrar, Urdaneta City, Prosecutor’s Office, Urdaneta City and the Local Civil Registrar of Asingan, Pangasinan.
