Lobong San Jacinto, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of land situated at Lobong, San Jacinto, Pangasinan, containing an area of 8,320 sq. meters, covered by TCT No. 257793, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate with waiver and quitclaim in favor of ANGELIE PASCUA, married to Emmanuel Leidia and A LYNIE PASCUA, married to Jimmy Dela Masa, that certain 7,650 sq. meters only, under Doc. No. 237; Page No. 49; Book No. 2; Series of 2012, under Notary Public Atty Teodora S. Cerdan.
