Lobong, San Jacinto, Pangasinan, consisting  of a parcel of land containing an area of 6,628  sq. meters, covered by T.C.T. No. 89570, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate with absolute sale in favor of Myra del Campo, under Doc. No. 227; Page No. 47; Book No. 2; Series of 2012, under Atty. Teodora S. Cerdan.
