Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late ADELA DEL MUNDO, who died intestate in December 27, 2010 at Brgy. Lobong, San Jacinto, Pangasinan, containing an area of 4,997 sq. meters, covered by TCT No. 166098, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate with absolute sale, in favor of SPOUSES GLORIA DEL MUNDO that certain portion of 4,413 sq. meters only, the remaining portion to be maintained and constituted as a road right of way under  Doc. No. 228; Page No. 47; Book No. 2; Series of 2012, under Atty. Teodora S. Cerdan.
