Lobong, San Jacinto, Pangasinan, containing an area of 5250 sq. meters, covered by TCT No. 89569, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate with absolute sale, in favor of MARLYN INVENTADO DEL MUNDO a certain 2,625 sq. meters, and LOLITA DEL MUNDO-PASALO Northern portion of 2,625 sq. meters only, under Doc. No. 223; Page No. 46; Book No. 2; Series of 2012, under Atty. Teodora S. Cerdan.
