Parayao, San Carlos City, Pangasinan, containing an area of 693 sq., meters more or less, declared under Tax Dec. No. ____ , is the subject of extrajudicial partition with renunciation of rights and sale in favor of AGRIPINO, ILDEFONSO, MARIA and MACARIO, all surnamed ROSARIO,  that certain 1/5 portion only, under Doc. No. 233; Page No. 41; Book No. I; Series of 2012, under Notary Public Atty. Emmanuel Noah C. Siapno.
