No. 24383, is the subject of extrajudicial partition with quitclaim in favor of Remedios (3/7th) portion or 190.29 sq.m., Virgilio (2/7th portion of 126.86 sq.m., Edward Sr., (1/7th portion or 63.43 sq.m. and Edward Jr., all surnamed NIMER (1/7th portion or 63.43 sq.m.,  under Doc. No. 383; Page No. 176; Book No. II; Series of 2012, under Notary Public Atty. Betha Fe A. Ching.
