Tandoc, San Carlos City, is the subject of extrajudicial partition with absolute sale by and between JOSE ALBANIA, JR. married to Imelda Marcos and Nora Albania married to Teodorico Posadas of Brgy. Tandoc, San Carlos City, Pangasinan.
