NOTICE OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SALE

Upon extra-judicial petition for sale under Act 3135 as amended filed by the petitioner Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, a government financial institution duly created under and by virtue of the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with principal office at Dept. of Loans & Credit, 2nd Floor, BSP Building, A. Mabini corner P. Ocampo Sts. Malate, Manila, thru its counsel Atty. Maria Elisa DR. Mendoza of Agbayani and Mendoza, Unit 305 Times Square Bldg. Examiner cor. Times Sts. West Triangle, Quezon City, against the respondents Sps. Bernabe & Melenciana Heteroza and Maritez Q. Cagunot with address at Cabeldatan, Basista, Pangasinan  to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness, which as of August 31, 2012 amounts to Ninety Four Thousand Two Hundred Sixty Nine Pesos and 25/100 (94,269.25) plus interest and other charges accruing thereon until fully paid; expenses for filing fee, publication fee, sheriff’s fees and other court and legal fees, the Ex-Officio Sheriff or her duly authorized deputy  will sell at public auction on December 20, 2012 at 9:00 o’clock in the morning to 4:00 o’clock in the afternoon at the main entrance of the Municipal Building of Basista, Pangasinan, to the highest  bidder for cash or manager’s check and in Philippine Currency, the below-described property with all its improvements, to wit:

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 37636

“A parcel of residential and mango orchard land (Lot No. 15973 of the Cadastral Survey of San Carlos), situated in the Barrio of Cobol (now) Cabeldetan, Municipality of San Carlos. Bounded on the NE., by Lot No. 32317 of the San Carlos Cadastre No. 12, on the SE., by Lot No. 15975; on the SE., by Lot No. 15974 and on the NW., by Lots Nos. 18008 and 15972. Containing an area of TWO THOUSAND and SIX (2,006) SQUARE METERS, more or less. Covered by and technically described in TCT 37636 issued by the Register of Deeds of San Carlos City, Pangasinan. Included in this mortgage is a house constructed on the land and seven (7) mango trees F.B. and all improvements now existing or which may hereafter be made thereon in accordance with Paragraph one (1) of this mortgage. This land is not tilled by tenant nor agricultural lessee nor is under the coverage of Operation Land Transfer.”

All sealed bids must be submitted to the undersigned on the above-stated time and date.

In the event the public auction should not take place on the said date, it shall be held on December 27, 2012 without further notice.
