JAPANESE AUDIENCE—Dr. Jerrim R. Blanco (seated front) of the Office of the Provincial Veterinarian-Pangasinan presents the multi-awarded environmental programs and 10 developmental thrusts of Governor Amado T. Espino, Jr. in the Country Report Presentation in Kanazawa, Japan last October 22. Blanco is one of the two representatives of the Philippines in the Group Training Course on Promotion of SATOYAMA Initiative: Biodiversity Conservation and Development through the Sustainable Management of Natural Resources in Japan from October 15 to November 17. The foreign scholarship training is sponsored by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in support to the Pangasinan’s biodiversity conservation efforts.
