Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late FEDERICO SAROCA and JUANITA AQUINO, who died in Jan. 14, 1992 and Oct. 21, 2012 at Mangaldan, Pangasinan, respectively, consisting of a Two (2) parcels of land situated at District of Pogo-Chico, City of Dagupan and Tuliao, Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan, containing of an area of 122 sq. meters and 10,573 sq. meters, more or less, covered by TCT Nos. 6869 and OCT – No. 18503, are the subject of extrajudicial partition of estate with waiver of rights in favor of LETICIA S. CHUA, CECILIA S. KLEIN, FELICIDAD S. VENTURA and GLORIA S. RODRIGUEZ, under Doc. No. 383; Page No. 78; Book No. XLVII; Series of 2012, under Notary Public Atty. Albino Gonzales.
