CHRISTMAS AT THE CAPITOL—The capitol plaza in Lingayen draws crowds at night with its giant Christmas tree set up for the duration of the yuletide season. It was illuminated in a lighting ceremony Thursday night spearheaded by Governor Amado Espino Jr. and graced by President Benigno Aquino III’s cousin Bam Aquino.
