4^TH MORINGA CONGRESS–4^th District Rep. Gina de Venecia address the 4^th Moringa National Congress and Exhibit held in the province last Friday to promote the use and propagation of malunggay, which is considered by the Johns Hopkins University as the “most nutritious plant on the face of the earth.” De Venecia is the author of House Bill 6463 that seeks the naming of malunggay as the national vegetable, and declaring November of every year as Malunggay Month. With her during the congress are Fr. Restituto Lumanlan, SVD, Chairperson of Moringaling Philippines Foundation, Inc. (MPFI), Genara Matsuoka, Dr. Bernadette Arellano, Rep. De Venecia, MPFI President. Honorio Tan, Private Sector Disaster Management Network (PSDMN) prexy Alejandro Teves Escaño and MPFI Board Member Deo Lopez.
