ORDER

This is a Petition for Reconstitution of the office copy of Transfer Certificate of Title No. 23932 on the basis of the Original Owner’s Duplicate Copy Thereof.

Finding the petition to be sufficient in form and substance, this Court sets the initial hearing on January 28, 2013 at 8:30 in the morning before the sale of this Court. Any interested person may appear and show cause on said date of hearing why the said petition should not be granted.

Let a copy of this Order be published TWICE in the OFFICIAL GASETTE and once in the SUNDAY PUNCH, a newspaper of general circulation in the Province of Pangasinan including the Cities of Urdaneta, San Carlos, Dagupan and  Alaminos, all at the expense of the petitioner.

The Sheriff of this Court is hereby directed to cause the posting of the copies of this Order and the petition together with the annexes in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Tayug, Pangasinan; Office of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Lingayen, Pangasinan, Office of the Sangguniang Bayan of Asingan, Pangasinan and the Office of the Brgy. Captain, Poblacion, Asingan, Pangasinan; where the property is located and to submit his Certificate of Posting on or before the aforestated date of hearing.

Furnish copies of this Order, the petition and its annexes, if any, to the Office of the Register of Deeds, Tayug, Pangasinan, the Land Registration Authority, Quezon City, The Solicitor General at 134 Amorsolo St., Legaspi Village, Makati City, the Bureau of Lands, San Fernando City, La Union, the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor, Urdaneta City and to the petitioner and counsel for their information and guidance.

SO ORDERED.
