ORDER

Finding the verified Petition for Cancellation of the Date and Place of Marriage of Parents, and to correct the citizenship of father from “Filipino” to “U.S. Citizen”  in the Record of Birth of Nicole Sherelah Bautista Deocares, to be sufficient in form and substance, let this petition be set for hearing on November 13, 2012, at 9:00 in the morning before this Court at which date, time and place, any interested person may appear and show cause why the petition should not be granted.

Let this Order be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the province of Pangasinan, including the Cities of Dagupan, San Carlos, Urdaneta and Alaminos, at the expense of the petitioner.

Furnish copies of this Order to the Office of the Solicitor General, Makati City, Local Civil Registrar of Dagupan City, Atty. Deogenes Navarro and the petitioners.

SO ORDERED.
