WHEREFORE, having satisfactorily proven the existence of a valid Divorce Decree, obtained in conformity of the foreign laws of the country of the foreigner Spouse Eljie Sasabe, the Court has no recourse but to GRANT the petition. Consequently, the DIVORSE DECREEE obtained by both parties Eljie Sasabe, a Japanese national and Nancy Manzano, a Filipino Citizen is recognized. For all legal intents and purposes, Nancy Manzano’s marriage to her foreigner husband is therefore dissolved by virtue of the said Divorce Decree.

SO ORDERED.
