NEWSBREAK: The majority in the Dagupan sanggunian, led by Councilor Brian Lim, finally succeeded in having the resolution “affirming and confirming” the controversial resolution adopted at the special session 6 months ago during the regular session today October 1 in a bid to preempt the hearing called by Judge Emma Torio on Oct. 5. The group also adopted the resolution expressing the majority’s loss of confidence in sanggunian sec. Ryan Ravanzo who filed the special civil case in connection with the sale of MC Adore and Calasiao property.
