Justin Junio-Mariel Manela wedding in San Francisco
THE unlikely love story started in a casual encounter at a Starbucks, unfolded in perfect time and five years hence, culminated in a beautiful ceremony last October 20th at the neo-gothic St Dominic’s Catholic Church in the heart of San Francisco.
The couple, Mariel and Justin are children of Pangasinenses with roots in Dagupan City and Bayambang. Mariel is the second child and only daughter of Mamerto Manela and the former Melanie Oviedo. While Justin is the younger of two sons of Peter Junio and Margie San Diego.
Friends and family from all over the US and the Philippines attended both the church ceremony and the following reception held at the Grand Ballroom of the Foster City Crown Plaza.
