Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late AMY CERALDE, who died in July 18, 2007 at Spain without any debt or will, consisting of a parcel of land situated at City of Dagupan, containing an area of 5,120.25 sq. meters and point twenty five decimeters, covered by TCT No. 62969, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement by and among the heirs with Special Power of Attorney represented by CALIXTO CERALDE, under Doc. No. 025; Page No. 006; Book No. VIII; Series of 2012, under Notary Public Atty. Leoncio M. Pausanos.
