Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late SPOUSES PEDRO VISPERAS and CRISTINA BERNAL, who died in Dagupan City on April 22, 1988 and July 18, 2002, respectively, consisting of a parcel of land situated in the City of Dagupan, containing an area of 3,926 sq. meters, more or less, covered under TCT No. 7710, is the subject of extrajudicial partition with sale in favor of  COSTSAVER’S SUPERMARKET INCORPORATED (CSI), represented by BELEN T. FERNANDEZ,  under Doc. No. 061; Page No. 014; Book No. VIII; Series of 2012, under Notary Public Atty. Leoncio M. Pausanos.
