Dibdibang Takbuhan set Oct. 21
THE Northern Cancer Trust Foundation Inc. is organizing a fun run dubbed “Dibdibang Takbuhan” on October 21, 5a.m., at the De Venecia Highway Extension in Dagupan City.
This event, the group’s first fundraising activity, is in cooperation with the Dagupan Doctors Villaflor Memorial Hospital Cancer Institute, Pangasinan Medical Society and the Philippine Society of Anesthesia – Pangasinan North Luzon Chapter in line with the observance of Breast Cancer Awareness month this October.
Proceeds of this fundraising activity will be used for the foundation’s activities whose thrust is to alleviate the burden of indigent cancer patients and their families seeking assistance for cancer treatment.
The fun run, open to everyone starting at eight years old, will have distance categories of 1k, 3k, 5k, and 8k. Registration fees are P300, P350, P400 and 500, respectively.
Cash prizes are at stake for each category winner.
