Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late ALEJANDRO OBRERO, who died on August 30, 1973 at City of Manila, consisting of a parcel of residential land situated at Barangay Calsib, Aguilar, Pangasinan, containing an area of 854 sq. meters, more or less, declared under Tax Decl. No. 776, is the subject of extra-judicial partition among heirs with absolute sale in favor of SPS. EDGAR C. PACOPAC and ERLINDA FERNANDEZ PACOPAC.
