THE Bureau of Jail Management and Penology in Dagupan will conduct a feeding program on October 15 for 200 pupils of the North Central Elementary School in Barangay Bonuan Gueset.

Jail Officer Michael De Jesus said the feeding program is the jail management’s contribution to the community as part of the National Children’s Month celebration this October.
